NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE SAID ACT
Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registrations of: London Homeworking Campaign Limited (Registered No. 22184R), the registered office of which is at 10 Bernays Grove, London, Greater London S.W.2; Black Ink Collective Limited (Registered No. 22393R), the registered office of which is at 258 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, London, Greater London S.W.9; “A” Building Co-operative Limited (Registered No. 23232R), the registered office of which is at Carlton Mansions, 387 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, London, Greater London S.W.9; Tulse Hill Estate Tenants Association Limited (Registered No. 23665R), the registered office of which is at 2 Lomley House, Tulse Hill Estate, Tulse Hill, London, Greater London SW2 2EW; Norwood Housing Co-operative Limited (Registered No. 23887R), the registered office of which is at 209 Clapham Road, London, Greater London S.W.9; Resisters Limited (Registered No. 24821R), the registered office of which is at 5 Eccleston House, Tulse Hill Estate, Effra Road, London, Greater London S.W.2; Bellevue Mansions Housing Co-operative Limited (Registered No. 25693R), the registered office of which is at Flat E, 295 Clapham Road, London, Greater London SW9 9BN; Jezebel Housing Co-operative Limited (Registered No. 25935R), the registered office of which is at 51 Nursery Road, Brixton, London, Greater London SW9 8BS; Aklowa Housing Co-operative Limited (Registered No. 26091R), the registered office of which is at Calvary House, 14 Hillworth Road, London, Greater London SW2 2DY; Mulberry Tree Housing Co-operative Limited (Registered No. 27247R), the registered office of which is at 73 Loughborough Park, Brixton, London, Greater London SW9 8TP; on the grounds that the Societies have ceased to exist. The Societies cease to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Societies, which may be enforced against them as if such cancellation had not taken place.
