Take notice that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends to declare a First and Final Dividend within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. All Creditors who have not yet submitted claims to the Liquidator at Aaron & Partners, Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester CH1 1HG, should do so before 28th April 2000.
