At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Heron House, Albert Square, Manchester M60 8GT, on 27th March 2000, at 11.30 a.m., the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Leslie Ross, of Grant Thornton, Heron House, Albert Square, Manchester M60 8GT, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” N.
