Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG, Quayside House, 110 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3DX, on 3rd May 2000, at 10 a.m., for the purposes of receiving the report of the Liquidator of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
