Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Johnson Tidsall, 81 Burton Road, Derby, on 28th April 2000, at 10 a.m. to be followed by a Final Meeting of the Creditors for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the period and hearing any explanations that may be given; approving the Liquidator’s remuneration as outlined in appendix 1 and to give approval of the disposing of the Company’s books and records fifteen months after the date of the Meeting. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
