At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Cottons Centre, Cottons Lane, London SE1 2QL, on 16th March 2000, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Thomas Alexander Riddell, of KPMG Corporate Recovery, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” D.
