Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company shall be held at Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU, on 10th May 2000, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to conduct such other business as may lawfully be conducted at the Meeting.
