Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of County Radiators Limited will be held at 10 a.m. on 20th April 2000, to be followed at 10.30 a.m. on the same day, by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings will be held at Knowle House, 4 Norfolk Park Road, Sheffield S2 3QE. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year, and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Knowle House, 4 Norfolk Park Road, Sheffield, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings. M. A. Shaw .
