Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Members and of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of B. Mistry & Co., Pride House, Rectory Lane, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7LG, on 26th April 2000, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, to receive an account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator.
