PROPOSED STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY, LAND AT ROSEBAY AVENUE, BILLERICAY
Notice is given that application will be made by Basildon District Council (as Agents on behalf of the Essex County Council, in its capacity as the Principal Highway Authority), to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Basildon, on Thurdsay, 20th April 2000, at 10 a.m., for an Order that a certain highway in the district of Basildon in the county of Essex at Rosebay Avenue, Billericay, shown on plan HI.2663.001 (which may be inspected, free of charge, at the Council Offices, The Basildon Centre, Basildon, Essex, during normal office hours), shall be stopped up on the grounds that highway rights are no longer necessary. Any objection must be in writing and addressed to the Clerk to the Justices, Basildon Magistrates’ Court, Great Oaks, Basildon, Essex SS14 1EH, by 20th April 2000. K. B.
