Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Cippenham Court, Cippenham Lane, Slough SL1 5AT, on 12th April 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidators, to approve the Liquidators Final Fees and to sanction their release as Liquidators.
