Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at 6 Bloomsbury Square, London WC1A 2LP, on 25th April 2000, at 12 noon and 12.15 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the winding-up, and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator, and resolving that the Liquidator be released from office, and resolving that the Liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books and records of the Company and the records of the Liquidation at the expiry of 12 months after the dissolution of the Company. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. S.
