NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales, by N. R. W. Russill, for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 1 cubic metre of sewage effluent to Marcross Brook, at National Grid Ref. SS 9245 6925, from Barn A, Village Farm, Marcross, Vale of Glamorgan CF61 1ZG. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 18th April 2000, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/PF/BP0280501. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours, at Environment Agency Wales, 154-156 St. Helen Road, Swansea SA1 4DF. A.
