Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that simultaneous Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Dodd & Co., Clint Mill, Cornmarket, Penrith Cumbria CA11 7HW, on Thursday, 4th May 2000, at 11.15 a.m., to be followed at 11.30 a.m. by the simultaneous Annual and Final Meetings of Creditors, for the purpose of considering how the winding-up has been conducted and how the property of the Company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxy forms to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Clint Mill, Cornmarket, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 7HW, no later than 12 noon on Wednesday, 3rd May 2000. J.
