At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 18 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5LU, on 1st February 2000 the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that P. S. Dunn and S. R. Thomas, of Horwath Clark Whitehill & Co., Sherlock House, 7 Kenrick Place, London W1H 3FF, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” J. W.
