Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company shall be held at Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU, on 21st March 2000, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Proxies for use at the Meeting should be lodged with the Liquidator at Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU, no later than 12 noon on 20th March 2000. M. H.
