Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company called, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, will be held at the offices of Fanshawe Lofts, at 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, on Tuesday, 14th March 2000, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively. The Meetings are called to receive the Liquidator’s account of the conduct of the winding-up and the disposal of the Company’s property, and also to hear any explanation he may give. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
