At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 102 Friar Gate, Derby DE1 1FH, on 17th January 2000, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Roger William Leivers and Evelyn Gabrielle Exley, of Cooper-Parry, 102 Friar Gate, Derby DE1 1FH, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” R.
