PREMIER LEISURE (KENT) LIMITED (also known as Spectrum Margate) (t/a Zar Bar) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members on 18th January 2000, the following Resolution was passed as an Extraordinary Resolution: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up, and that J.
