Notice is hereby given, that a Final Meeting of the Members of Pemberton Insurance Holdings Limited will be held at the offices of Mazars Neville Russell, 24 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7NR, on 24th February 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it by the Joint Liquidators (pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Mazars Neville Russell, 24 Bevis Marks, London EC3A 7NR, by not later than 12 noon on 23rd February 2000. G. R.
