Notice is herby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named Company will be held at Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, on Thursday, 24th February 2000, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property disposed of and to receive any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Shareholder entitled to attend and vote at these Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend instead of him. A proxy need not be a Shareholder of the Company.
