In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of Percy Rowles Limited (No. 1982702) (hereinafter called “the Company”) vested pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985 when the Company was dissolved on 5th January 1999 pursuant to section 652 of the Companies Act 1985, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the premises situated at Osprey Drive, Wilmslow, Cheshire, as the same is registered at Birkenhead (Rosebrae) District Land Registry with Title Absolute under Title Number CH332473, the vesting of the premises having come to his notice on 26th January 1999.
