At a Meeting of the above-named Company, held at The Old Bakery, Market Street, Llanrhaeadr ym Mochnant, near Oswestry, Shropshire, on Wednesday, 22nd December 1999, at 12 noon, the subjoined Resolution was passed as an Extraordinary Resolution: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Adrian John Leopard, of 51 Gungrog Hill, Welshpool, Powys SY21 7UL, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” P.
