NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to the above-mentioned section this day cancelled the registration of The Abbeyfield (Stony Stratford) Society Limited (Register No. 21816 R), the registered office of which is at 61 Ousebank Way, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK11 1LA, at its request. The Society ceases to enjoy the priviliges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
