A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under the provisions of section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to determine whether the Liquidator’s remuneration can be drawn on a time costs basis. The Meeting will take place at the office of Sargent & Co, 4 Wards End, Halifax HX1 1BX, on 7th February 2000, at 4 p.m. Proxy forms must be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on 4th February 2000 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
