Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Jennings Johnson, Chartered Accountants, 19 Borough Road, Sunderland SR1 1LA, on Friday, 11th February 2000, at 10 a.m. to be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors at 10.15 a.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining the Liquidator’s remuneration and disbursements and also to consider an Extraordinary Resolution that the books, accounts, papers and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof be disposed of after 15 months from the date of the Final Meeting.
