At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Service House, 37-39 Manor Road, Romford, Essex, on 16th December 1999, at 3.15 p.m., the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter Leonard Thurston and Kenneth Stephen Chalk, of Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.” A.
