Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 4th Floor, Dominions House North, Dominions Arcade, Queen Street, Cardiff CF10 2AR, on 20th January 2000, at 10.30 a.m., to be followed at 10.45 a.m. by the Final Meeting of Creditors, to have an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
