In the Leeds District Registry  No. 2145 of 1999 MONOGOLD LIMITED(formerly trading as A & M Textiles from 123 Hanley Road, Finsbury Park, London N4 3DU) Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that Mark Jones, of Mark Jones & Co., of 114 Gaskarth Road, London SW12 9NW, was appointed the Liquidator of the above-named Company by the Secretary of State on 15th December 1999. All persons having in their possession any property of the Company must deliver it to me and all debts due to the Company must be paid to me.
