No. 6561 of 1999 In the Matter of BARNSLEY SUPERFITand in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Barnsley Superfit, a Partnership, whose principal place of business was Sundial Cottage, Hermithill Lane, Wortley, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S35 7DF, presented on 7th October 1999 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise whose office is situate at Chesterfield VAT Office, Dents Chambers, New Square, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S40 1AJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 12th January 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 11th January 2000.
