Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 90(5) of the Companies Act 1985, to persons registered as holders of Ordinary Shares in Weather Action Holdings plc (“the Company”) at the close of business on 13th December 1999, who have no registered address within the United Kingdom and who have not supplied to the Company an address within the United Kingdom for the service of notices (“Relevant Shareholders”) that the following document (being a copy of the document despatched to the Shareholders of the Company) in connection with the proposed disposal of Weather Action Limited, proposed placing and open offer to 5,771,627 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each at 6p per share, admission of the New Ordinary Shares of the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange Limited and proposed change of name to Internetaction.com plc may be inspected or obtained on personal application by or on behalf of Relevant Shareholders at IRG plc, Bourne House, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4BR, during normal business hours on any weekday (Saturdays and public holidays excepted) up to and including 3 p.m. on 17th January 2000. The Prospectus dated 20th December 1999 comprising particulars of, inter alia, the placing and open offer addressed to holders of Ordinary Shares which was prepared in accordance with the Public Offers of Securities Regulations 1995. Persons resident in, or who are citizens of, countries other than the United Kingdom should consult their professional advisers as to whether they require any governmental or other consent or need to observe any other formalities to enable them to take up their rights under the placing and open offer.
