NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that W. A. Lane, of Home Farm, Sandhills, Walsall Wood, West Midlands WS9 9DJ, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 3/28/17/67/G to abstract water from underground strata (Sherwood Sandstones) at Sandhills, near Walsall, at National Grid Reference SK 0728 0510. The variation being applied for is to increase area of land authorised to spray irrigate.
A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Home Farm, Sandhills, Walsall Wood, West Midlands WS9 9DJ, between 16th December 1999 and 13th January 2000.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Sentinel House, Wellington Crescent, Fradley Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire, before the end of the said period.
