Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, with effect from 3rd December 1999, Industri Kapital Limited of Brettenham House, 5 Lancaster Place, London WC2E 7EN, retired as General Partner of Industri Kapital 2000 Limited Partnership VI (in the process of changing its name from The 1999 Interim Limited Partnership VI), a limited partnership registered in England with No. LP6625 and was replaced as General Partner of such partnership by Industri Kapital 2000 Limited of Normandy House, Grenville Street, St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands.
