THE BOROUGH OF REIGATE AND BANSTEAD (B2034 BLACKBOROUGH ROAD, REIGATE) PEDESTRIAN CROSSING NOTICE 1999

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Reigate and Banstead, pursuant to arrangements made under section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with the Council of the County of Surrey in exercise of the powers of the said County Council under sections 23 and 25 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in accordance with the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossings Regulations and General Directions 1997, propose to establish the following: a Pelican Pedestrian Crossing is to be sited in B2034 Blackborough Road, Reigate, immediately west of the Reigate Parish School entrance. A plan showing the effect of this proposal, together with a statement of reasons, may be examined during normal office hours at the Help Shop, Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate, until 13th January 2000.
