AMENDED BUS STOP CONSOLIDATION ORDER

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make an Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to be entitled The Hammersmith and Fulham (Bus Stop Clearway) (No. 1) Order 2000. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to consolidate the existing Traffic Orders relating to Bus stop Clearways, lengthen and increase the enforcement hours of certain bus stop clearways on the following roads: Dawes Road, Du Cane Road, Harwood Road, Fulham Road, Fulham Palace Road, Fulham High Street, Glenthorne Road, Goldhawk Road, Hammersmith Grove, Hammersmith Road, Harwood Road, Lillie Road, Munster Road, New King’s Road, North End Road, Paddenswick Road, Putney Bridge Approach, Shepherds Bush Green, Scrubs Lane, Wood Lane, Wandsworth Bridge Road, Shepherds Bush Road, King Street, Hammersmith Road and Uxbridge Road. 3. A copy of the proposed Order and of the maps which indicate each road to which the Order relates and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the address given below during normal office hours until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. 4. Any person desiring to object to any or all of the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of the objection and the grounds on which it is made not later than the last day of the 21 day objection period specified in paragraph 3 above to: Traffic and Road Safety Group, Environment Department Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith W6 9JU.
