PUBLIC GAS TRANSPORTER PIPE-LINE WORKS (ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS) REGULATIONS 1999
BG Transco, NTS Operations Development, Hinckley Operations Centre, Brick Kiln Street, Hinckley, Leicestershire LE10 0NA, has applied to the Secretary of State of Trade and Industry for consent to construct a 900 mm (36”) natural gas pipe-line starting at the existing Newbold Pacey Above Ground Installation (AGI), O/S Grid Ref. SP 300 568 and ending at Honeybourne, east of Evesham, O/S Grid Ref. SP 105 435. In accordance with the above-mentioned Regulations, this application is accompanied by an environmental statement a copy of both of which may be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on business days at each of the following Planning Authority Offices: Stratford-on-Avon District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-on-Avon CV37 6HX; and Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore WR10 1PE; until close of business on 24th January 2000. Copies of the application for consent and the environmental statement may be obtained from John Hennigan at BG Transco, West Area Office, Glevum House, Bristol Road, Gloucester GL2 5YA, at a charge of £100 for each copy of the environmental statement. Members of the public have until 24th January 2000 to make representations in relation to the application for consent and the environmental statement to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, 1 Victoria Street, Department of Trade and Industry, London SW1H 0ET, marked for the attention of Graeme Cobb and bearing the Ref. AAC/2/123, 2nd December 1999 (1st week), 9th December 1999 (2nd week).
