FIRST LEISURE BINGO LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rules 4.182A and 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above Company intends to make a distribution to the Creditors of the Company within four months from 15th December 1999. Creditors are required to submit full details of their claims to the Liquidator at KPMG Corporate Recovery, St. James’ Square, Manchester M2 6DS, on or before 15th December 1999, which is the last day for proving claims. The full details of claims, referred to above, must include the Creditor’s name and address, the amount of the claim and particulars of how and when the debt was incurred by the Company. Notice is also given that the intended distribution is a final distribution and will be made without regard to any claims not made by the last day for proving claims. All funds remaining in the Liquidator’s hands following the Final distribution to Creditors shall be distributed to Shareholders absolutely. M. T. Seery, Liquidator Note.
