LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 12th November 1999 Electra Club 1997 (GP) Limited, transferred to Electra Investments Limited its investor interest (including £6.60 of its capital contribution) held by it in the Electra Club 1997 L.P. (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP5459 and with effect from such date Electra Investments Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership, and Electra Club 1997 (GP) Limited remained as general partner of the Partnership. 16th November 1999.
