Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meetings of the Companies will be held at Rolls House, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NH, on 22nd December 1999, at 10 a.m., 10.05 a.m., 10.10 a.m., 10.15 a.m., 10.20 a.m. and 10.25 a.m. respectively, to have an account for each Company laid before them showing how each winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies have been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
