Notice is hereby given that I RICHARD CONNERY, of 6 Bleadon Hill, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset BS24 9JD, heretofore called and known by the name of Russell Jason Bultitude, a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by birth, hereby given public notice on 22nd July 1999, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my said name of Russell John Bultitude and assumed and adopted in place thereof the name of Richard Connery and further that such change of name is evidenced by a deed poll dated 22nd July 1999 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23rd August 1999.
