Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Pannell Kerr Forster, Sovereign House, Queen Street, Manchester M2 5HR, on Tuesday, 30th November 1999, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by a Meeting of the Creditors for the purpose of having laid before the Meetings an account of my acts and dealings in the conduct of the winding-up in the preceding year, and hearing any explanations that may be given by me. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings should be lodged at Pannell Kerr Forster, Sovereign House, Queen Street, Manchester M2 5HR, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
