Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and of the Directors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of K. S. Tan & Co., 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London NW3 5EP, on Monday, 20th December 1999, at 3 p.m. and 3.15 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. K. S.
