THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND-UPON-THAMES DERBY ROAD, EAST SHEEN (ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 1999

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames on 10th November 1999, made the above Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The effect of the Order will be to give permanent effect to one-way working from west to east of the southern end of Derby Road, East Sheen. The Order will come into operation on 17th November 1999. Copies of the Order and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order together with plans showing the length of road affected can be inspected at the Civic Centre, (Second Floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham, between 9.15 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order may be purchased from the Department of Highways and Transport, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the 1984 Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any Instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. 12th November 1999.
