Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at New Garden House, 78 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JA, on 1st December 1999, at 3 p.m., to be followed at 3.15 p.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up of each has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at New Garden House, 78 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JA, no later than 12 noon on the preceding working day. M. J. C.
