At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Beagle House, Braham Street, London E1 8EP, on 5th October 1999, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Treharne, of KPMG, 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” D.
