Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford CM2 6JB, on 29th October 1999, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting of the Members is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote in his place.
