Notice is given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors will be held at the office of Downham Train Epstein, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8AT, on 2nd November 1999, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to vote and attend in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor.
