Meetings of Creditors

HOBART ROSE PLCNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors in the above matter is to be held at the offices of Fisher Curtis, One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 8LE, on Wednesday, 6th October 1999, at 2.30 p.m., to consider my proposals under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, and to consider establishing a Committee of Creditors. In order to be entitled to vote at the Meeting, Creditors must give to me, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting, details in writing of their claim.
