A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of transacting the following business: to approve the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account, receiving the Liquidator’s report of the conduct of the Liquidation and determining whether the Liquidator should be granted his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Ernst & Young, Cloth Hall Court, 14 King Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, on 22nd October 1999, at 11.00 a.m. A form of proxy must be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on 21st October 1999, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt if you have not already lodged one.)
