THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) (NO. 3) EXPERIMENTAL TRAFFIC ORDER 1999

NORTHWOOD RESIDENTS PARKING SCHEME

Hillingdon Council in exercise of its powers under sections 9, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and The Road Traffic Act 1991 and all other enabling powers, intends to make these Orders on 30th September 1999, operational from 4th October 1999 which will establish Residents Parking Places, Business parking places and Disabled parking places operational at times as shown in the Schedules and in the roads referred to in the Schedules below, and introduce waiting and loading restrictions in the roads referred to in Schedule 6 below.
The charges are as follows:

Residents Permits (per annum)

£20, 1st vehicle £30, 2nd vehicle £50, 3rd vehicle £100, 4th vehicle

Visitors Vouchers: £5 book of 10 Business Permits: £10 (per month)

Copies of the Orders, a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons can be seen at Oaklands Gate Library and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours until 4th April 2001. The Council will consider in due course whether the experimental Order will continue indefinitely. If you wish to object please write within 6 months of the operational date of these Orders, stating grounds for objection to Environmental Services Group, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1UW, quoting reference 4W/05/7.15.
